Need to start off your 2019 with some healthy habits?

Then join us Saturday mornings for some inspiration and energy! 

The fun morning goes fom 10-noon:

  • Worship (starting at 10:00 sharp - prayer, music)
  • Fitness - (30-45 minutes - bring yoga matt, light to medium hand weights if desired)
  • Bible Study - Transformed* (starting at 10:45)
  • Fun
  • Fellowship

MEN and WOMEN are welcome!

Note, you can attend just the fitness or bible study if your time doesn't allow for both.

*Transformed is a great series to kick-off a new year. It covers setting biblical goals and transforming your health in 7 key areas: Spiritual, Physical, Mental, Emotional, Relational, Financial, and Vocational.
