The fun morning goes fom 10-noon:
- Worship (starting at 10:00 sharp - prayer, music)
- Fitness - (30-45 minutes - bring yoga matt, light to medium hand weights if desired)
- Bible Study - Transformed* (starting at 10:45)
MEN and WOMEN are welcome!
Note, you can attend just the fitness or bible study if your time doesn't allow for both.
*Transformed is a great series to kick-off a new year. It covers setting biblical goals and transforming your health in 7 key areas: Spiritual, Physical, Mental, Emotional, Relational, Financial, and Vocational.
