Time - 10 am - 3:30 pm. Please arrive by 9:45 am. for check-in.
Cost - Good will offering.
Registration - by October 11. Space is limited. Please click here to register.
Dress code - comfortable including runners (for light exercise).
Lunch - will be provided (taco salad, fruit/veggie and dessert platters).
Guest Speaker - Wilma Derksen. 1 p.m. (Note - Registration for afternoon speakers only is available on the registration form.)
This fun day will include workshops and activities covering the following topics:
Physical - yes there will be an exercise class in the morning to accomodate all ages!
Please dress in comfortable clothing, light hand weights are optional, and bring your runners. There may also be time for a walk for fresh air at lunch time.
Mental - we will exercise our minds in fun and educational ways! Time to think outside of the box!
Social/emotional - fellowship is a given, including lunch, games, music and prizes.
Spiritual - is a necessity to renew and strengthen our relationships with God and Jesus. We will have music, prayer, Guest speaker with discussion, and more.
