Our parish depends heavily on volunteering, especially during pandemic. We are thankful that we have a very motivated Youth and Young Adult group (YOMMOC), led by their dedicated young leader, Jason Cegayle. On April 30th, nine members gathered to pick up the litter and garbage in the bushes on the northside of the parking lot. They enjoyed helping out and at the same time having fun together. They plan to make this a regular activity if required.

We have not forgotten the cleaning team, coordinated by Tim Downey of the Knights of Columbus. They have been carrying out cleaning duties since the start of the pandemic.

As the Building Maintenance Coordinator, I , together with Fr JB (on behalf of MMOC), appreciate and thank both the the Nguyen brothers for their volunteering and generosity.

“Love God. Love Others. Reach Out. Build Disciples.” There are different forms and ways that we can be part of it. We encourage all parish members to come forward to volunteer whatever you can to strengthen our church community.
