To handle increasing facility requests in a fair manner, MMOC has developed Facility Use Guidelines.
Requests for the following September to August must be submitted by Apr 30 of each year. *
Requests that come in after the April 30 deadline for the rest of the year will be handled based on availability at that time.

* Note - for 2018/19, requests must be submitted by May 10, 2018 with confirmation being provided by May 31.
